Hi folks:

Well it appears the weather hasn’t cooperated with us. It’s been trying to snow the last little while, but there’s more ice and crust to cover up in the Pinhey Forest than what a mere 2 cm can accomplish. It’s not pretty on the trails right now, and it doesn’t look like we will get enough fresh snow to give us a fresh start.

So, thank you to those who were hoping to come out. We will see if we can reschedule for a snowier day.

And don’t forget that we have two other ski-O events coming up also – in Deep River on Sunday, February 12 and at Nakkertok on Saturday March 3. For the Deep River event, you need to register in advance - please e-mail mckay@magma.ca to do so. Check out the Club website at ottawaoc.ca for events and information!
