Accommodation Options

Accommodations at Carleton Residences

We have arranged for accommodations at the Carleton Residence where we hope you will choose to join us at the centre of activities. We have booked off rooms in two of the buildings to give a range of options of room types. There are single, double and family rooms. All rooms include a full breakfast on campus. Please book rooms directly with Carleton Housing with the links below.

This two bed room is available in Lanark House. It has 2 twin beds with shared bathroom facilities for $60.90 + HST. Book this room with this link A single is available for $30.95 + HST with this link. It is the same room. Carleton will book you in with another orienteer.

Families can book a 2 room (4 bed) suite with microwave and fridge in Prescott House for $123.50 + HST with this link

There is a fully equipped card-operated laundry facility and a TV and Study Lounge can be found on each floor.

With the many eating outlets on campus you will be able to catch a quick meal and join in on the evening COF conference sessions held on campus.

Banquet

The banquet will be held at Carleton, Saturday evening. Gathering at 5pm. Buffet dinner at 6:30.

Silent Auction

We will continue the popular Silent Auction at the banquet. This will be your opportunity to support the national team while purchasing some orienteering gear or clothing, artistic craft work, entries to upcoming events ... .

Other Accommodation Options

Carp Ridge Wellness Centre

This centre is the site of the long distance finish and is close to the middle distance event. They offer bed and breakfast, limited camping, 3 rustic cabins and some tent space.

Cabins:

Sitting just on the edge of the woods, these cabins offer rustic overnight accommodations in cozy bunk houses. 4 people per cabin, guests need to bring their own bedding (all have electricity). $75/cabin, washrooms & running water accessible.

A beautiful bed and breakfast located right on site to the event. Shared or private rooms, peaceful ambiance and warm hosts.
