Note: We are granting our OOC volunteers early bird prices up until closing as many of them will not know until later which events they will be able to enter.

Saturday evening, August 21, there will be a banquet at Carleton University at 6:30 pm. with gathering at 5:00 pm. It will be a buffet meal serving :
If you have special dietary needs, please let us know and they will prepare a special plate for you - although you will not then be able to serve yourself from the buffet.
During the COC Banquet there will be a silent auction to raise funds for the high performance program (HPP). Bring some cash or your cheque book—enjoy the bidding frenzy and help support elite orienteering in Canada. Also it’s much appreciated if you can donate an item to the auction. Donations are welcomed right up until the auction. To donate contact Carol Ross at carol.ross AT gmail DOT com or bring your donation to the registration desk at Carleton.

All competitors must have an SI card. If you have your own SI card, please enter it's number carefully during registration. (At the start line, the number on your card must match the number in our records.)
Competitors who do not have an SI card can rent one at $2 per event to a maximum of $10. Competitors who do not return their rental SI cards at the completion of all their events will be charged a $45 replacement fee.
We will arrange for child care for the three championship events if there is a need. Please be sure to indicate your needs on the registration form. The child care would be in a tent with teenage girls under the supervision of an adult. We will try to keep the cost to $5 per hour per child (paid in cash directly to caregivers).
You may also request split times on your entry form (special requests) and we will do what we can to accommodate you. This would be your care solutions for the associated events.
Please let us know if you will have youngsters interested in a String-O at the championship events.
We are using the online registration system Zone4 and accept payment via VISA or Mastercard through a secure server. We will also accept a cheque in Canadian funds

At each step within Zone4 you are given a summary of your entry and given the opportunity to make corrections. Please check your entry carefully before the payment stage as after that time any corrections will have to be made via email through our registrar - a volunteer! When you register, you will be able to include multiple runners with a single payment - so when you go to register have available all information about each person.
You will receive an e-mail receipt for your registration that shows the items that make up the total payment. If you want to see the complete details of your registration, click on the "Confirmation List" link in your e-mail receipt.

Registrations may be canceLled up to June 1, 2010. A full refund less $10 will be made. After June 1, refunds of 50% will be given only at the discretion of the organizers. If your order includes any T-shirts and is canceled after July 17th , the T-shirts will only be refunded if they can be sold at the events. Please send an email to with any cancellation requests.
