RESULTS – Ski-O – Keogans – Jan 21, 2012.
After cancelling this event twice last winter, due to rain and treacherous trail conditions, it was very satisfying to have great weather and good snow conditions. The conditions on the ‘back’ trails were not ideal, but considering the recent weather (freezing rain), there were quite good and made for a ‘challenging’ ski.
The results show that the Medium course was too difficult and should have had fewer narrow trails. It is also unfortunate that the Biathlon officials were ‘difficult’ (to say the least!!) and I hope they did not impede your progress too much.
