For safety reasons we must have contact information for each individual striking out into the woods or parkland.  Because we are working in all sorts of places without web access, we set up a local web server on-site and have people register there. But this can be a lengthy process if there is a large turnout.  To speed things up, we ask that new-comers pre-register here 48 hours before the event. This is just an intent to participate. It is not a commitment. 

Share your contact information, have time to review the waiver and save time at registration. We need contact information as a safety measure, so even if you are just possibly going to be joining us this year, complete this form in the comfort of your home rather than at the first event. There is no fee for this. 

This process will create an account on our site, send you an email with the auto generated password and a verification link. Once you click the verification link it will sign you in to our website. You will then be able to go to your profile and change your password and also update any information that may change through the year.  If, after trying the sport, you decide to join, sign in and select to 'upgrade'  -> purchase the membership.

If you are registering a number of people - family group, youth group - you will need to register each person, sign a waiver for any youngsters, give date of birth for each and enter a unique username and unique email for each.  Yes, not all youngsters will have an email address and even if they have, you may prefer to manage their account yourself.  In that case, for the email enter your email address but insert a '+firstname' just before the @ symbol.  (example  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.') That way, all communication (and there won't be much of that) will be delivered to your inbox.  

After submitting the form for each individual, you will need to sign out before entering another person.
